Dear Micheller family,
Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of Attila. I was so sorry to hear about the passing of Attila. I will always have fond memories of him from my days growing up at the Linden Hungarian Club. He and my father were friends and members of the club for many years. I am sure he will be truly missed by his family, but he will never be forgotten.

On behalf of our entire family we are very sorry to have heard of the passing of Attila. My family was a member of the Linden Hungarian Club from the 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90's. Attila was a central figure in all of our years as members.
I personally remember being in the coat room with the Micheller kid's taking coats from people, stepping out to the kitchen and getting/taking some food and back to the coat room. Attila would come and check on us as he would be walking around making sure that everything was running okay.
I recall not being allowed to go up the stairs to the attic and then eventually getting to be old enough to go up there and Attila would take us up there. I seem to recall that there was a ping pong table or something up there.
I remember all of the Bal's at the club and the dancing, music and the great bands. These are all thanks for Attila and Brigita.
We send our condolences, Unfortunately my family is currently on vacation in NC and my parents Nandor and Suzan are now living in Maryland and my father has surgery today so they can not attend the funeral today.
Sincerely,
Atilla Kocsis

A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, for they are still alive in our hearts and minds, through us, they live on. Please accept my condolences.

Rest in Eternal Peace with the Lord, Mr. Micheller. You always had a pleasant greeting for me when we'd meet at your shop.
