Obituary of Ruth E. Eldridge

Ruth E. Eldridge Warren: Ruth E. Eldridge, age 91, died on Friday, August 25, 2017 at Overlook Hospital in Summit. She was born in Ventnor, NJ and had lived in Warren for many years. Mrs. Eldridge received her Doctorate in Education from Kean College. She was a teacher in Warren for 28 years. She was truly a world traveler, having been to both the North and South Poles and many other places around the world. She is predeceased by her son-in-law, Paul La Marr and her sisters, Thelma and Olive Edmunds. Mrs. Eldridge is survived by her loving husband, Edward Eldridge; her children, Edward L. Eldridge, Kym La Marr and David Eldridge and his wife, Lisa Spillane Eldridge; her grandchildren, Sarah Eldridge, Dylann Eldridge and Evan Eldridge. A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 27th from 2 to 4 pm with a service immediately following. Entombment will be private.
