Dear Mom,
You are a stronger person then I think I could ever be, you were amazing with all that you were dealt in life yet never a complaint, never any bitterness or why me. You handled everything with such grace and dignity, truly the kindness person I have known.
I am so blessed to have you all these years with all the time we spent and all of the wonderful friendships that we have shared. You were an amazing role model for the boys and such a loving “nana.”
I know daddy was there waiting and all the constraints you had in this life are gone and you are finally free to dance.
I love you and miss you-
xoxoxo

I only met Joan a few times. She seemed very caring, loving, and pleasant
She and her husband had my parents come to North Carolina to spend a few days with them on their way to Florida. My parents had fun with them and were amazed how lovely they had the house built to accommodate Joan being confined to the wheel chair. Joan had started a multiple sclerosis club, The members would come to her house to meet with one another,
Joyce would tell me how much fun she had with her Mom, when she visited her in New Jersey. Joyce would take her shopping at malls, to beauty parlors, and to visit friends and relatives.
Joan's daughters Trudy and Joyce were very devoted to their Mother. Joyce told me how Trudy would have her Mother over for the holidays and to spend time with her Grandsons.
Joan will be missed by her family.
I wish I had gotten to know her better.

Mrs. Campbell.
I have heard so many incredible stories about you from your Daughter and son-in-law Trudy and Bill. Trudy always shared how much joy it brought her to see you. She felt lucky to have you so close to her so she could visit you as often as possible. It was usually a highlight of her day.
I have known them for over 25 years and I am sure I am not the first to say that you did an amazing job in raising a daughter of incredible character.....something you should rightfully be very proud of.
My prayers for you and your family are that everyone can find a way to celebrate the life you shared with them and that you rest in peace.
Blessing from Ed Rubino
