Obituary of Shirley Shell

Shirley Shell, age 77, was born on March 9, 1940 in Newark, NJ. She was the youngest of 2 children born to the late Jack and Evelyn Gutkin of Passaic, N.J. Shirley was a Licensed Practical Nurse and also a homemaker for many years. Shirley loved animals (particularly Cats and Birds), and enjoyed traveling with her family and friends. She adopted many cats and gave them a very happy and safe haven in her home. On November 3, 1963 Shirley married Charles Shell and the couple had two daughters, Elaine and Suzanne. Shirley resided in Warren, NJ for the last 5 years before taking up residence at Brandywine in Bridgewater where she loved to play Bingo and play the Piano! Throughout her life Shirley made lots of friends. She was regarded as a very pleasant and caring person by all who knew her. She leaves her loving husband of 54 years, and her 2 daughters.
