Obituary of Dorothy Keating

Warren: Dorothy Keating, 75, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, January 20, 2018. She was born in Morristown, raised in Chatham and resided in Warren for the past 52 years. Mrs. Keating, a hard working woman, always had fond memories of her time spent employed at local businesses. She loved building relationships and interacting with people. She retired from Affinity Federal Credit Union where she was a receptionist. Mrs. Keating was the happiest spending time with her family. She is predeceased by her husband, William D Keating in 2012. Mrs. Keating is survived by her two children, Kevin Keating and his wife Dana, Kim Adriaanse and her husband Dirk; four grandchildren, Trevor Adriaanse, Spencer Adriaanse, Colby Keating and Cory Keating; three siblings, Elsa Sorensen, Dave Tyrone(Lee) and Ken Tyrone. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 4:00PM to 8:00PM at Higgins Home For Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ 07069. A funeral service will be held on Thursday January 25, 2018 at 10:00AM at the funeral home followed by an entombment at Somerset Hills Memorial Park in Basking Ridge. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Lupus Foundation of America or a charity of your choice.
