Obituary of Janet K. Kozlowski

Janet K. (Brady) Kozlowski, age 91, passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2018, at her home in Plainfield. Born and raised in Utica, NY, she had resided in Rochester before moving to Plainfield in 1961. Janet was a graduate of Union County College with an associate's degree in nursing. She was a nurse at Muhlenberg Hospital and had also worked as a corporate nurse for Merck Pharmaceuticals. She retired from nursing at age 80. Janet was a member of St. Bernard's Church in Plainfield for many years. She enjoyed traveling and summers spent at Barnegat Light, NJ on LBI. Predeceased by her husband Arthur Kozlowski in 1975. Survived by her children David and his wife Jacelyn Frost, Michael, Peter and his wife Jia Hui, Mark, Barbara English and her husband David; 6 grandsons Daniel, William, Robert, Jimmy, Thomas and Steven. A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2018, from 5-8 p.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd. Watchung, NJ. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 9 a.m. at the funeral home followed by a funeral mass at 10 a.m. at St. Bernard's Church in Plainfield.
