Julieta falleció ayer, Miércoles 28 del 2018 a la edad de 83 años en el Hospital de Overlook en Summit. Ella nació en Colombia y vivió en Uruguay desde joven. Luego se mudo a North Plainfield en 1995.
Antes de jubilarse, ella tubo su propia peluquería desde muy joven en Uruguay.
Julieta tubo muchos hobbies diferentes durante su vida. Le encantaba la pintura y las manualidades. Siempre le gusto estar rodeada de flores, música y cosas lindas. Le encantaba cocinar especialmente si era para su familia. También le gustaban muchos los pajaritos y animales.
Ella fue una madre, abuela y suegra muy cariñosa y dedicada a su familia. Una mujer muy independiente y fuerte quien siempre puso su familia en primer lugar con dulzura y amor.
Se te va extrañar por todos los que tuvieron la dicha de conocerte. Tu dulzura y cariño siempre estará en nuestros corazones.
Le sobreviven su hijos, Ricardo Torres (Daniela), Juan Manuel Torres (Mariluz) y Arturo Torres (Andrea); sus hermanas, Ruby y Marta; y sus nietos , Alejandro, Daniel, Sebastian, Fernando, Max, Lorena and Sophia.
El velatorio sera el Viernes, 30 de Marzo desde las 4pm hasta las 8 pm en el Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd. Watchung. El sevicio de funeral sera el sábado a las 10am en la Casa Funeraria seguido por la cremación en Somerset Hills Memorial Park.

Julieta, age 83, died on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Overlook Hospital in Summit. She was born in Colombia and lived in Uruguay and moved to North Plainfield in 1995.
Prior to her retirement, she was a beautician in Uruguay.
Mrs. Zuluaga enjoyed painting, crafts, cooking, flowers, birds and pets.
She was a loving and dedicated mother and grandmother. A very independent and strong woman who always put her family first surrounding them with her sweetness and loving care.
You will be missed by everyone who had the joy of knowing you. Your sweetness and kindness will always stay in our hearts.
Surviving are her children, Ricardo Torres (Daniela), Juan Manuel Torres (Mariluz) and Arturo Torres (Andrea); her sisters, Ruby and Marta and her grandchildren, Alejandro, Daniel, Sebastian, Fernando, Max, Lorena and Sophia.
A visitation will be held on Friday, March 30th from 4 to 8 pm at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd. Watchung. A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am at the funeral home followed by cremation at Somerset Hills Memorial Park.
