Obituary of Joseph P. Cavaliere

Warren: Joseph P. Cavaliere, age 86, passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Care One in Bridgewater. He was born and raised in Plainfield and had lived in Warren for 54 years. Mr. Cavaliere served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. Along with his twin brother, he was a co-owner of Cavaliere Disposal in Piscataway. He enjoyed spending time with friends, reading and tinkering with his trucks. Mr. Cavaliere is survived by his twin brother, Leonard Cavaliere and his sister, Rose Cavaliere. A visitation will be held at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung on Sunday, April 30th from 1:00 to 4:00 pm and on Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 am followed by an 11:00 am funeral service. Interment will be at Hillside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Warren Township Rescue Squad, 6 Bardy Road, Warren, NJ 07059.
