Obituary of Robert E. Munzer

Robert E. Munzer, age 57, passed away on Friday, June 1, 2018 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset.  He was born in Plainfield, raised in Warren, resided in New Hampshire and most recently resided in Bridgewater.

Bob was a participant in the Special Olympics in track and field events.

Bob will always be remembered for his loving, caring and infectious smile.  He was known for helping others, especially his father with household projects.  Bob enjoyed miniature golf, bowling, auto racing and watching game shows with his father.  Most of all, Bob enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially his father, nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his mother, Heidi Munzer.

Bob is survived by his father, Edward F. Munzer and his two brothers, William Munzer and Edward Munzer.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ 07069.  A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home followed by an interment at St. Vincent De Paul Cemetery.
