I didn't know him, I went to college with his daughter, Marylynne. Mr. Scaturo was an obvious exceptional person. Marylynne, another story. A real piece of work. Not a good history of behavior at Loretto Heights College in Denver, back in 1976.

I was just advised of Chris' passing - my condolences to you all. I was advised at Christmastime by John Hauss, a retired FBI agent, who worked with Chris in the FBI and at Continental Corporation. I worked in Human Resources and advised Chris and his department on legal matters and policy. He was a delight to work with, we shared many laughs, and I missed his booming voice in my doorway (Hi Jo, I have a question, OR I have a problem employee) when he retired. Rest in peace, my dear colleague.

Dear Family, I still remember the day you all moved into the big yellow house on the corner. The neighborhood girls and I (we were all about 12) decided to ring the bell and see if there was anyone in there to join our group. Your Dad answered the door; a big man with kind eyes. What a coup! We not only got Marylynne, but Judy as well!
Anytime one or more of us showed up at your door, your Dad was always glad to see us. As we got older, some of my fondest memories are of the large, noisy, Italian feasts after Midnight Mass. There was a price to be paid, though......we had to help put together all the toys that went under the tree for the little kids!
Having lost my own Dad a few months ago, I know the magnitude of this loss and the hole it will leave in your hearts..........but oh, weren't we so lucky to have them!

Christopher’s family: I'm so sorry for your loss. I went through a similar situation and I was very helped by the hope that I found in the Bible in John 5: 28, which says, "Do not amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I am sending you a link with more information on this hope. https://www.jw.org/en/publications/magazines/wp20140101/
