Obituary of Michael B. Kovalchick
Michael B. Kovalchick, age 33, passed away on Friday, July 6, 2018, at his home in Manville. Born in New Brunswick he had lived in Martinsville his entire life.
Michael was a graduate of Bridgewater Raritan High School and attended Raritan Valley Community College.
Michael was a Member of the Planning Committee for the Heritage Trail Association and the official photographer. He loved history and enjoyed discussing it with others.
Predeceased by his mother Catherine Licetti Kovalchick.
Survived by his father John Kovalchick and his wife Rose from Vass, North Carolina, and by his grandparents Philip and Joann Licetti; uncles Philip and Stephen Licetti; aunts Teresa Dippolito, Mary Colagrecco, Patricia Licetti and Margaret Licetti; cousins Ana, Karina and Alysia. He is also survived by a great-cousin Kylie Harned.
A visitation will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018 from 4-8 p.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Church, Martinsville. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Basking Ridge.
