Dominick’s family: I'm so sorry for your loss. I went through a similar situation and I was very helped by the hope that I found in the Bible in John 5: 28, which says, "Do not amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I am sending you a link with more information on this hope.

15 years ago I was interviewed for a job by Mr. Rizzo. It was the most unique interview I ever had. I was impressed with his questions, and his knowledge. In my career, I have never known a man with such a keen intellect and caring. Mr. Rizzo demanded your best. And in that he made you grow. He showed trust and faith in me. That I will never forget. Mr. Rizzo made you a part of this company. Not just a number.
In my years with the company my job evolved and grew. Largely due to the fact that Mr.Rizzo was the type of man who gave a person the opportunity based on your character and skills. And he nurtured his people. He took the time to know his staff, I enjoyed our conversations. Mr. Rizzo was not only about job, he asked about your life, your family, your faith. I will miss him but I my loss is lessened by the knowledge that as a Christian man, I will see him again one day. I not only mourn the loss of a boss, but more inportantly, I have lost a mentor and a friend.

Dom was a man who left an impression on everyone he met. I had the pleasure of working for him for a number of years. During that time, I quickly discovered why he was so respected. A savvy and intelligent businessman, Dom always placed family first. His handshake was his word. God bless you Dom.

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Dom for the past 16 years.Dom first and foremost asked how my family was before we ever discussed any business. In a business environment of lawyers and contracts, Dom's word was all I ever needed. He conducted himself with integrity, humility and the highest ethics. The world is a better place having had Dom in it and I am a better person for having known him. With deepest condolences to Marie and the entire family.

Dom has been such a pleasure to work for and to have known. He had high expectations for results while at the same time showed compassion for people and their family's. He consistently showed genuine concern for others beyond expectation. I am positive he is going to be missed by everyone who's lives he has touched.
My Heartfelt sympathy to his Wife Marie and family.
Rest in Peace Dom...

Dom was a man with two sides. A very successful business man who built great partnerships with his customers and understood that the most valuable assets were the folks who worked for him. The other Dom was a great family man, true friend to his church and to his community. He made a difference in a lot of lives.
RIP Dom

Mr. Rizzitano and his family are an extension of my family. Growing up next door, I saw the warm, generous, kind person he was. Wherever he went, he worked very hard to help others and improve the world around him. He was always quick with a smile and a laugh and you could see how much he loved his family, friends, and community. May his memory be a blessing. My thoughts are with all of you during this time.
