Obituary of Carol A. Sicilian

Carol A. Silician, age 91, passed away on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at Bridgeway Care Center in Bridgewater. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and lived in Forest Hills, Flushing, and Glen Cove, Long Island, NY before moving to Palm Harbor, FL in 1983. She moved to Bridgewater in 2011. She enjoyed being outdoors, playing cards, synchronized swimming and traveling. Mrs. Sicilian is predeceased by her first husband, Rheinhard Gliebe in 1979 and her second husband, Joseph Sicilian in 1997. Surviving are her sons, Geoffrey Gliebe and his wife, Karen; Stephen Gliebe and his wife, Doreen; her daughters, Christine Parker and Veronica Rheinhart and 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Fri, October 19, 2018 from 7 to 9 pm at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung. Funeral services will begin on Saturday at 9:00 am at the funeral home followed by a 10:00 Mass of Resurrection at our Lady of the Mount Chapel. Cremation will take place at Somerset Hills Memorial Park.
