Lynne was the most wonderful, caring, and generous person I knew. She was always upbeat and smiling and always the first person to help. We worked together for many years and she was always professional. She shared her knowledge with everyone and her main focus was what was best for the students. I will miss our get togethers and her Christmas party at her home every year. She was a wonderful and generous hostess.
My deepest sympathy goes out to her husband, Jerry, and all the family. I know there will be a deep absence forever.
I love you Lynne and I will remember you always.

My sympathy goes out to Lynne's family. I met Lynne about 50 years ago when we were teachers together in Long Hill. We had lots of good times. I would like to attend the visitation, but will be out of the state for the holiday. Lynne was a great person.

Lynne was so welcoming to me as a first year teacher. We soon learned we had a connection to Plainfield and some mutual friends. She was a dear friend and I will treasure many happy memories with her. Bless her family for taking such wonderful care of her.

So many special memories of Lynne....from our many years teaching together at Long Hill Township, writing curriculum together at Elm Street, her outspokenes for the rights of teachers, her ready laugh and distinctive voice. She was the hostess with the mostess, opening her home to everyone. Welcoming teachers and friends. Meeting her at the beach in the summer was her definite happy place....we shared so many special times...Thinking of Lynne only brings a smile. Hopefully her family will also remember the good times, and be blessed with her love. She will be missed by so many....

It hard to choose a memory of Lynne without a smile or laughter. She was always willing to help, give advice and treat you like a beloved friend. Her chuckle was infectious and her heart large and golden. I will miss this special friend that I taught with for many years at Millington School. May God hold you in the palm of His hand and console your family and friends.

So sorry to hear this news. I taught with Lynne at Millington School from 1995-2001 when I moved to VA. She was kind and had a smile on her face, unless she was fighting for what was needed. Her laugh is what I remember most.
