Obituary of Mary Ann Zegarski

Mary Ann (Scott) Zegarski, age 78, passed away on Monday, February 18, 2019, at her home in Warren.  Born and raised in Plainfield, she has lived in Warren for over 50 years.

Mary Ann worked at Bell Labs in Murray Hill as a secretary, while there she met her husband Bernard and they were happily married for many years.  She then worked for PS&S in Warren in the structural and accounting departments until her retirement.

She was a member of Our Lady of the Mount Church, Warren.  In her spare time she enjoyed going to the movies, dancing and music.  Mary Ann loved the beach and had many fond memories of time spent with family and friends at her North Wildwood summer home. 

Predeceased by her husband Bernard Zegarski in 2010.

Survived by her daughters Cheryl Miller and her husband Ron, Carrie Zegarski and Robyn Pierce and her husband Ryan; grandchildren Nicholas, Patrick, Cecelia, Owen and Miles.She is also survived by her sister Reenie Santoro.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday at Our Lady of the Mount Chapel, Warren.  Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Piscataway.
