Obituary of Ronald Sequeira
Mr. Ronald Sequeira, age 66, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2019 at St. Peter’s Medical Center in New Brunswick. He was born in Chontales, Nicaragua and lived in Managua, Nicaragua and Washington, D.C. before moving to North Plainfield.
He graduated from the Institute Maestro Gabriel and the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Nicaragua.
Mr. Sequeira was a Graphic Arts Designer for the L.P. Thebault, Co. in Parsippany for 10 years.
He was a Communicant of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Plainfield.
Mr. Sequeira was a member of the Ballet Folklorico Nicaraguense and a had a passion for music, dancing, history and travel. He loved sports, especially baseball. His favorite teams were the Baltimore Orioles and the N.Y. Mets.
Surviving are his wife, Arely Sequeira; his siblings, Marco A. Perez, Jr., Marvin Perez, Jarvin and Johanny Perez, and his parents Marco and Nelda Perez.
Avisitation will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2019 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung. Funeral services will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home followed by a 10:00a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Mary's Church in Plainfield. Interment will be at Hillsdie Cemetery.
