Obituary of Theresa S. Duralek
Theresa S. Duralek, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at her home in Roselle. She was born and raised in Elizabeth and lived in Roselle since 1968. She also resided part time at the family beach house in Barnegat.
She graduated from Battin High School in Elizabeth in 1963. Mrs. Duralek worked in the Roselle Borough Hall in the clerk's office and the OCUC in the payroll office for 31 years. She was a former Communicant of St. Joseph's RC Church in Roselle.
She loved to watch Jeopardy, dance and most of all, she loved spending time and crabbing at the shore house with family and friends. She also loved animals, especially dogs.
Surviving is her husband of 53 years, Walter S. Duralek; her children, Walter Duralek, Jr. and his wife, Shari, Denise Duralek and Matthew Duralek and her grandchildren, Daelynn and Walter Li.
A visitation will be held on Friday, May 17, 2019 at 4:00 to 8:00 pm Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd, Watchung. A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am at the funeral home followed by an interment at Rosedale Cemetery in Linden.
