Sonja’s family: I'm so sorry for your loss. I went through a similar situation and I was very helped by the hope that I found in the Bible in John 5:28, which says, "Do not amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I am sending you a link with more information on this hope.

Memories of time spent with my dear friend, whom my children call Aunt Sonja, will remain in my heart. Especially those times with Sonja, Bob, Paul & I.
I feel blessed to have had "Zen" in my life for 56 years. She is one-of-a-kind, and I look forward to being with her again, one day, in Heaven.
May God give comfort to the family.

I spent a few moments this afternoon to view the remembrance video online. It is so wonderful to see all the love and lives touched by Sonja and Bob. We will miss them both but seeing the video does make sure we will keep them always in our hearts. We have believed that the way you keep someone with you is through vibrant memories and these are some of the best. Love the surprise Birthday video. Your all in our thoughts and prayers as you go through this difficult time.
Dearest Sonja it truly was " A Wonderful Life"
Our heartfelt Sympathy

May this candle always shine brightly reminding us all of the kind and caring nature of Aunt Sonja. May her smile and laughter remind us of her outlook on life, and may her memories forever live on in our hearts.

Love her and mis her. She gave me one of my first jobs at Helen Elliot as she did my mom Pauline and it gave her the best enjoyment in her life. We can’t be with you but your in our prayers from here. Family visits for the holidays will be in my memory until we meet again.

My grandma, my dad’s mom, Bennett’s GG, was so many things to so many people. She was adored by those in her community, which was evident in the outpouring of love she and our family have had since she was diagnosed with cancer. We could never adequately describe how grateful we are for the love and support.
To me, she was a cheerleader. She always listened and was always on my side. She was an amazing cook and threw the best parties. She made an entire table filled with desserts for every holiday. She always made me feel special. She gave me plants I couldn’t kill. She gave me countless summer days down the shore, including my wedding weekend. She still gave me insane amounts of chocolate for Easter, even though I was old enough to have my own kid. She made my favorite dinner of the whole year on Christmas Eve. She thought my son was the greatest child in the universe and made sure to tell me every time we talked. I miss her. She taught us to celebrate life, so we will. Celebrations definitely won’t feel as special or taste as good without her.❤️
