Obituary of Veronica Delores Campione
Veronica Delores (Mosiello) Campione, age 86, passed away on Monday, July 29, 2019, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Newark, she had resided in Belleville before moving to Warren 47 years ago.
Prior to having her family Veronica had worked as a dance instructor for Fred Astaire Studios and at Marcal Paper Company as a secretary. She was a homemaker for many years while raising her family before returning to work at Chubb Insurance Company in Warren. After retiring she took the official title of Grandmother enjoying every minute spent with her children and grandchildren.
In her spare time she enjoyed entertaining, painting, ceramics, knitting, crocheting and was a wonderful baker.
Survived by her loving husband of 62 years Robert John Campione; her son Michael Campione; daughters Valerie Iwanski her husband Ron and daughter Nicole and Robin Caffrey and her husband Timothy and children Matthew, Caitlin, Meghan and Patrick.
A visitation will be held on Friday, August 2, 2019 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ. A funeral gathering will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Mount Church, Warren.
