Obituary of Stephen A. Serritella

Stephen A. Serritella, age 74, passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2019, at Brightview Senior Living in Warren. Born in Newark, he was raised in New Providence and Berkeley Heights and lived for 12 years in Gillette, before moving to Warren. Stephen was a graduate of Bayley Ellard High School where he was part of the Glee Club, he graduated from Seton Hall University in 1967. He worked as a Commercial Insurance Underwriter for Atlantic Mutual in Madison for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed traveling, Broadway shows, going to the movies and singing in a choir. Survived by many dear friends and cousins. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2019, from 5-8 p.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home followed by interment at St. Mary's Stony Hill Cemetery.
