My Aunt Dorothy taught me many things, usually while playing 500 Rummy. She was my soulmate and first real confidante. When she came to our house for vacation one summer, I asked her why she wasn't wearing her watch. She said, "I never wear my watch while I'm on vacation. I don't want to have to think about time while relaxing." This was wonderful advice which I have followed to this day. Each time I put my watch aside for a break from work or a vacation I would think of her. I will miss her political opinions, insights into faith and, most of all her sense of humor.
