Obituary of Osborne Rosser

Osborne Rossevelt Rosser was born to Mr. Osborne Rosser Sr. and Edith Rosser (both deceased) on September 3rd 1937 and raised in South Boston, Virginia. Mr. Rosser attended high school and left for the military, in which he served within the branch of the Army. When Mr. Rosser left the military he worked for a very large toy distribution company in sales. From there he went to Elizabethtown Water Company which later became American Water Company from which he retired in 2019 after 53 plus years of service to the company. Mr. Rosser had been a member of First Christian Church of Plainfield,NJ, Evangel Church in Scotch Plains, NJ and Nassau Christian Center of Princeton, NJ. He was a gem hunter and also a very talented painter/artist who won an award presented by the Franklin Township NJ Town Council. Mr. Rosser is survived by his wife, Sylvia Rosser, and his daughters Desiree Rosser-Stomiany, Deborah Rosser, and his son Jacob Rosser. Mr. Rosser leaves behind three sisters, Rev. Ella Austin, Mattie Miles, and Pastor Juanita Watkins and his brother Herman Rosser. Two Brother in laws, Robert Miles, Lewis Austin, and one sister in law Barbara Rosser and his niece Vernice Adams as well as many other nieces and nephews and family members across the country.
