Obituary of Julie Baran

Julie Baran, age 63 passed away on Sunday morning August 16, 2020 at her home in Green Brook surrounded by her loving family. Born in Pyrzyce, Poland Julie and her family immigrated to America in 1967.She had resided in Irvington until she met her husband Ziggy when they moved to Queens and later Brooklyn. She has lived in Green Brook for the past 21 years. Julie and her husband have been running Warrenville Plumbing and Heating for many years, A succusful family business that her two sons and daughter-in-law are continuing. Julie had many passions in her life such dancing and listening to music, traveling, and playing tennis, but what brought her the most joy was being known as “Babcia” as her three grandchildren affectionately called her. She will be missed by all. She is survived by her husband Ziggy, two sons Daniel and Christopher and his wife Rebekah, three grandchildren Cameron, Kaylah and Carmela. She is also survived by six siblings Jessica Burzynski , Janina Soltys and her husband Tadeusz, Maria Tondera, Jan Szurko and his wife Krystyna, Lucja Lorenc and her husband Zbigniew and Helena Giermanski and her husband Bruno. A visitation will be held on Tuesday August 18, 2020 from 4 pm to 8 pm at Higgins Home for Funerals 752 Mountain Blvd. Watchung NJ 07069. The funeral mass is on Wednesday at 10:00 am at St. Mary’s Stony Hill R.C. Church, 225 Mountain Blvd. Watchung NJ followed by the entombment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover NJ.
