Obituary of Anthony Peterpaul

Anthony Peterpaul, age 87, passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at his home in Warren. He was born and raised in Newark and had lived in Hillside before moving to Warren over 22 years ago. Mr. Peterpaul was self-employed. He served in the United States Navy during World War II. Mr. Peterpaul was a hardworking family man. He is predeceased by his son, Joseph Peterpaul; his brother, Joseph Peterpaul and his sister, Vivian Ruzano. Surviving are his wife, Isabelle Triano Peterpaul; his sons. Anthony A. Peterpaul and his wife, Terie ,Frank Peterpaul and his wife, Janice and; his grandchildren, Frank, Lisa, Nicole, Michelle, Danielle, Anthony J. and Anthony M. He is also survived by his sister, Rose Ferrara and her husband, Dominick and his sister-in-law, Anne Peterpaul. Funeral services will begin on Monday, April 14th at 9:30 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung followed by a 10:30 a.m. Mass of Resurrection at Our Lady of the Mount Chapel. Entombment will be at Holy Redeemer Cemetery, South Plainfield. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
