Obituary of Grace E. Capaldo
Grace E. Capaldo, age 65, passed away on Saturday, April 3, 2021, in Charleston, SC. She was born in Brooklyn, NY on January 1956, and had resided in Staten Island, NY, and Bridgewater, NJ, before moving to Mt. Pleasant, SC, in 2015.
She was an avid golfer and was a member of both Raritan Valley Country Club in Bridgewater, NJ, and Snee Farm Country Club in Mt. Pleasant, SC.
Grace loved being a grandmother and spending time with her three grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Bob; her son, Bobby Capaldo and his wife Kristen, and her daughter, Kristen Capaldo; her three grandchildren, Mason, Dillon, and Scarlett; her 13 brothers and sisters. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and loving friends.
A Public Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 11, 2021, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ 07069.
Due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, a Private Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 12, at 10:00 a.m. The Funeral Service may be viewed however via Live Stream here.
