Dear Carol - I want to send to you my deepest, most sincere sympathy and condolences regarding the passing of Robert in April. I was shocked last Tuesday when I went to our own Wiley/Cowperthwait graves right next to your plot. I was thrilled that you bought a place for you and Bob next to ours when I saw your lovely Monument. I was stunned to see Robert's recent grave there; it made me realize that we all are aging and at that very vulnerable stage in life where we have to say good bye to our loved ones. I watched the video of your life with Robert with tears in my eyes. You were a perfect couple in harmony. The girls were all such beautiful brides. I remember them well when they were in Sunday School with my children. Time goes by too fast that is for sure. It's our memories that sustain us in the end. Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Look to God and your children to bring you comforting blessings at this time. Love always - Cathie (Cowperthwait) Strohmeyer

To the Pratcher Family. Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. I worked at Stanley’s Florist years ago and appreciated Bob’s kindness and sense of humor. He taught me how to make Poodle Flowers - which I still make today for special occasions. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Debbie Opachinski.

Dear Carol Maria Olivia Anna and Betty
My first memory of Bob was in 1969 when I walked into the flower shop to order the flowers for our wedding day. Little did I know that years later we would reconnect and become the greatest of friends. We have spent many years making memories together. You where always there for us not only in the good times but also the bad. You have touched many lives and you will be missed. You had a great sense of humor and when I would call your house you’d answer I’m still here and always tell Tony to take the day off.

To Carol, Betty, Maria, Olivia, Anna and families,
We were shocked and saddened to hear of Bob’s passing. I spent many years as part of the Stanley’s family. Bob was a dedicated and innovative businessman. He loved his family, traveling, and fishing in his kayak. I remember he personally delivered my wedding flowers.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this difficult time.
Love,
Walter & Therese Basilone
