Obituary of Edgardo J Moreno, Sr.
Edgardo J. Moreno, Sr., age 38, died on Monday, May 17, 2021, at Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ, surrounded by his family. He was born in El Progreso, Yoro, Honduras in 1982, and was raised in North Plainfield, NJ.
He was a former graduate of North Plainfield High School.
He was under the employ of West-Ward Pharmaceuticals in Eatontown, NJ, for over 10 years.
He loved to travel, play video games, and spend time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his uncle, Esteban Pineda in 2013.
He is survived by his son, Edgardo Moreno, Jr.; his 8 Siblings: Brenda Lopez, Ivonne Moreno, Fany Moreno, Jose Moreno, Belkis Moreno, Roberto Moreno, Cindy Moreno, and Josealfredo Mendoza; and his parents: Leonel and Militona Moreno.
A Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Service at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ. A Funeral Service will also be held on Monday, May 24, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Scotch Plains, NJ.
