Obituary of Paula Lee Heilman

Paula Lee Heilman Watchung: Paula Lee Heilman, died peacefully on Saturday May 17, 2014 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Summit, she resided in Union and graduated from Union High School. She lived in Millburn for twenty years before moving to Watchung in 1986. Prior to retiring Paula had worked for the Borough of Watchung as the Deputy Treasurer and Payroll/Benefits Manager for twenty-five years. Paula was an active member of the Watchung Hills Elks #2252, Watchung Fireman Exempt Women's Auxiliary, Millburn American Legion Post 140 Women's Auxiliary. Surviving is her loving husband of fifty years William O. Heilman; she was the loving mother of three children her son William M. Heilman of Randolph, NJ; her daughters Laura McNicholl of Leesburg, VA and Denise Heilman of Dunnellen, NJ; she was the dear sister of Patricia Mercready of Whiting, NJ; cherished grandmother of seven grandchildren William S. Heilman, Alex Heilman, Caitlin McNicholl, Conor McNicholl, Liam McNicholl, Bowen Grasso and Mason Subach. A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday May 20, 2014 from 1-3 and 6-8 pm at Higgins Home for Funerals 752 Mountain Blvd. Watchung NJ 07069.
