YuenYing Chen Chow

Beloved mother YuenYing Chen Chow, 94, a resident of Warren, NJ, passed away on July 13, 2021, at Overlook Hospital. She was born to Chung-Lin Chow and Jo-Shou Ku on January 9, 1927 in Haimen, Jiangsu province, China.

As a young lady she moved to Taiwan with her parents on 1948, where she started her teaching career. She married King-Chou Chen on 1949. They were married for 34 years until her husband passed away in 1983.

In addition to take care of her family, she also worked very hard to become a successful business woman. In her early years, she served as volunteer for helping illiteracy people in Christian Church Taiwan. In her late age, she was a member of Song Cypress Fellowship, and joined the senior citizen choir.

She is survived by her son, Jow, and her daughters, Christine, Helen, Mae and Yen. 

She will be greatly missed by those she loved and those who loved her.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, 17, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, Inc., 752 Mountain Blvd, in Watchung, NJ.
