Obituary of Marion A. Reubelt

Marion A. Reubelt, age 88, passed away peacefully at her home in Warren, surrounded by her family, on Saturday, December 11, 2021. She was born and raised in West Wyoming, PA, and had been a resident of Warren since 1970.

Mrs. Reubelt was an active communicant of Our Lady of the Mount in Warren, and was a former member of the choir at St. Joseph’s in Wyoming, PA.

Mrs. Reubelt was, first and foremost, a loving and dedicated wife and mother. She was a great cook and baker, and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. 

Mrs. Reubelt is predeceased by her brother, Walter Cuba, and her brothers-in-law, Paul Wrazien and T.A. Balan.

She is survived by her loving husband, Leo J. Reubelt, her daughter, Diane Kiel and husband Thomas, her son, Leo M. Reubelt, her grandchildren, Alexander, Joseph, and Madeline Kiel, her sister, Regina Grzeszkiewicz and husband Charles, her sister, Barbara Wrazien, her brother, Edward Cuba and wife Josephine, and her sisters-in-law, Cynthia Cuba and Marilyn Balan.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ 07069.  A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021, at 10:00 am at St. Mary’s Stony Hill Church, 225 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ 07069, followed by entombment at St. Mary’s Stony Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to  Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center or to Atlantic Hospice.
