Dear Linda and Diane, Ernie told me yesterday about your mother's death, and I am so sorry to lose her in your lives and in those of your family. What grief this must bring to all of you! I knew your mom in so many ways: amazing woman, superb wife, deeply caring other, outstanding educator, and as a wonderful neighbor on Oakridge when we lived on Tremont. I always loved bumping into her because neither of us was ever at a loss for conversation! My sincerest condolences to Linda and Diane and families on the passing of your beautiful mom. My late wife, Lynn, often visited and shared wonderful times with your mom and dad. Your mom was full of energy with a beautiful smile and everyone enjoyed being in her midst. She is now at rest and with Frank, her husband and the love of her life.

Mrs. Kianese was like a second mother to me growing up. I lived next door to the Kianeses and Linda & I were born 5 days apart. Growing up I lived at their house as much as my own. Our parents would go out to Beefsteak Charlie’s for dinner & have fun. Mrs Kianese came with Linda to a University of Delaware tailgate after Mr K passed. She had a good time! When I got married in 2007 She flew to Colorado with Linda for the weekend, it was just like old times. She was always smiling, full of life. She will be missed.
