To the Finkle Family-my thoughts and prayers are with you. I met Justin when we both worked for Rutgers University. I was a police dispatcher and he was a Fire Lt. He was a joy to work with and call a friend. We continued our friendship after he moved on to Somerset County Communications and I to the Bound Brook Police Dept as a dispatcher. It was always comforting hearing his voice on the radio or on the phone when I needed something from County. He made me laugh and we talked about many things over the years. I will certainly always remember him; he had a caring and kind heart. RIP Justin, be the angel that keeps the others laughing as you did here on earth.

There are so many things. Tech, the coves and ballyhoo! Pianos and mixed tapes, While You Were Sleeping and Felix #9, back-roads and NIN. When I think of you I will always remember your amazing talent. You had an ear for music and you were always so creative. You made us laugh. Sometimes it was ridiculous or over the top, but you made us happy. Justin you were a great listener and one of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever known. Your entire life was based in helping others. You got me through an extremely hard time of my life and I will love you forever for it. We all love you so much. I wish you believed it when we told you. I hope you are finally at peace and know how much you meant to all of us. We are all better people for knowing you.
