We are sorry to learn of Esther's passing. For many years, I delivered holiday bags to Esther and then had an opportunity to visit with her. I loved the stories she told about her children; she showed me pictures of the landscaping designs of the daughter who had the landscaping business in Washington(?). Or was it Vancouver. I am sorry I don't remember which daughter this was. Esther also showed me the amazing quilts she made; what an artist! In retrospect, I wish we had thought to have an exhibit of these quilts at the Temple.
When we moved six years back, somehow I fell out of the habit of visiting Esther. But we did speak on the phone a few times. My life was enriched by the limited times I spent with her.
May her memory be for a blessing. Our deepest condolences.
