Obituary of Sue Fenstemaker

Sue Fenstemaker, age 83, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2014 at Overlook Hospital in Summit. Born in Perry, Oklahoma, she lived most of her life in Warren Township, moving there in 1956. Mrs. Fenstemaker attended Oklahoma State University and worked for the Department of the Navy in Washington, D.C. She was a member of the Women's Club, a Girl Scout troop leader and a PTA President. She was a member of Wilson Memorial Union Church in Watchung. She also enjoyed traveling. She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Carl Fenstemaker. Surviving are her children; Robin Johnson and her husband, Erik of Toms River, Bill Fenstemaker and his wife, Suzanne of Watchung, and Donna Higgins and her husband, Scott of Watchung; her grandchildren, Clay and Elyse Dolbec Johnson and Reed and Abigail Johnson, Sarah and Kevin Fenstemaker, Elizabeth and Catherine Higgins; her sisters, Marjorie Forrester of West Hills, California and Jan Ward of Bullhead City, Arizona. Memorial Contributions can be made to the Youth Department of Wilson Memorial Union Church, 7 Valley Road, Watchung, NJ 07069. Cremation is private and held under the direction of Higgins Home For Funerals, Watchung.
