Obituary of Michael Giuliano
Michael Giuliano, age 84, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2022, at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital at Somerset in Somerville. Born and raised in Camposano, Italy, Michael moved at the age of 16 to Queens, New York, to live with his maternal uncle where he met his beloved, Mary Ann. Michael had also resided in Cambria Heights, and then Howard Beach, NY for 23 years before moving to Warren, NJ in 1994.
For most of his career, Michael worked as an oil burner technician for Crispi-Linton, Ace, Whaleco, and Petro Oil Companies in Brooklyn. Always a hard worker, Michael ran his own plumbing business on his days off.
He was an active member of Our Lady of the Mount RC Church in Warren, where he was also a member of the Knights of Columbus Council number 11409.
In his spare time, Michael enjoyed tending to his vegetable garden, watching the stock market, and having family dinners. In his younger days, he bowled on a league with his friends and spent summer vacations at his home in the Catskills. He had a wonderful sense of humor and loved telling a joke or sharing a story, but most of all Michael cherished the time he spent with his family and his dog, Enzo.
Michael is survived by his loving wife of 59 years Mary Ann; his two children: Donna Giuliano and her partner John Marotta, and Anthony Giuliano and his wife Roseann; his two grandchildren: Michael and Antonio; and his two sisters: Rose and Antoinette.
