My deepest condolences to the family. Paula was my supervisor and good friend at the USSEC. We travelled on business trips together. I stayed in touch after we both retired. I will miss sending birthday wishes to her, Joanne and Rose (deceased) who shared same day birthdays a week before mine and Joyce who is days after. We were truly Geminis by heart.
