Obituary of Margaret Regan

Margaret (Posch) Regan, age 86, died on Monday, August 18, 2014, at Morristown Memorial Hospital in Morristown, NJ. Born in Jersey City, raised in Union City, she moved to Martinsville in 1967, and most recently has resided in Basking Ridge. Margaret was a graduate of Adelphi University, and earned her Master's Degree from Rutgers. Prior to retiring Margaret worked for Somerset Medical Center as a Registered Dietician for thirty years. She was a member of the Bridgewater Women's Club, Circle of Friends, and the Rosary Altar Society at Blessed Sacrament Church in Martinsville. Predeceased by her husband Andrew Regan in 1992, and her son David Regan in 2013. Surviving are her sons Thomas Regan, Robert Regan and his wife Susan; 4 grandchildren Mark, Brian, Kevin and Amy. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 22, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ 07069. A Mass of Resurrection will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Church, Martinsville. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 21st, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Cremation is private.
