Obituary of Gloria A. Keegan

Gloria A. Keegan, age 92, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, June 7th, 2023, at her home in Bedminster. Born and raised in Jersey City, Gloria resided in Randolph for 40 years, where she lovingly raised her family, before relocating to Bedminster in 2004.

Throughout her career, Gloria served as an executive assistant at AT&T in Morristown, dedicating 20 years of her professional life before embracing retirement. In her leisure years, she discovered great joy in exploring and working in antique shops in Morris County, sharing her expertise and enthusiasm with others. Gloria's artistic talents flourished as she loved painting and was a skilled drawer. Her work graced the walls of several local art shows in Bedminster. Gloria actively contributed to the spiritual community as a member of Blessed Sacrament RC Church in Martinsville.

Gloria is preceded in death by her beloved husband, James T. Keegan, in 2010, and her dear brother, Jack Bartkewicz, in 2020.

She is survived by her devoted children, son, Brian Keegan, and his wife Kathleen, her daughter Jacqueline Lyman and her husband Larry. Additionally, she leaves behind three adoring grandsons: Lawrence Lyman and his wife Kerry M., Andrew Lyman and his wife Keriann, and Jack Lyman. Gloria's legacy continues through her great-granddaughter, Lena Margaret Lyman, who was welcomed into the world this past February.

In honor of Gloria's memory, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

All cremation services were held privately.
