Obituary of Dominic Tufaro
Dominic Tufaro passed away peacefully on June 29, 2023. Most loved and remembered for his love of the holidays and time spent down the shore with his family, Dom was a very proud grandfather known as Pop to Nicholas, Markie, and Romie.
He is predeceased by his father, Vincent James, and his mother Lena.
Dominic is survived by his 3 sons, Mark and his wife Karen, Scot and his wife Maria, and Todd.
He has 3 loving grandchildren, Nicholas, Markie, and Romie. Dom also has a surviving sister, Johanna, and her husband; as well as his 2 brothers, Nicholas and Vincent, and their wives; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Dominic was a loyal and respected member of Local 825 Operating Engineers.
There will be a memorial mass will be held on Friday, July 7, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at the Church of the Sacred Heart, 149 South Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ. An inurnment will follow at Holy Redeemer Cemetery, 1734 Clinton Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ.
