Obituary of Kelly Ann Lewis

In Loving Memory of Kelly Ann Lewis (1960-2023)

Kelly Ann Lewis, of North Plainfield, passed away peacefully at her residence on Wednesday, September 20, 2023. She was 63.

Born and raised in North Plainfield, Kelly was a proud graduate of North Plainfield High School. A lifelong resident of the area, she held close to her heart the many memories she crafted throughout the years.

Kelly had an affinity for the simple pleasures of life. She reveled in the feel of the sandy beaches, the thrill of boardwalk adventures, and the serenity of summer vacations at the shore, especially when spent with “The Girls.” Year after year, she anticipated family picnics and gathering around festive tables during the holidays. Her love for gift-giving was unmatched; shopping for family and friends was a joyous task she embraced.

Many nights, Kelly could be found relaxing, watching the late late show on television, a small testament to her love for life's modest joys.

Kelly is now reunited with her father, William Lewis; mother, Ann Lewis; and brother, Steven Lewis, who preceded her in passing.

Her legacy of love lives on through her siblings: William Lewis, Pamela Lewis, and Matt Lewis (and his wife, Karen); her sister-in-law, Lisa Lewis; and a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and nephews. Kelly's warmth, generosity, and infectious spirit will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
