Obituary of Anthony J. La Bella

Anthony J. La Bella, age 96, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, in Paterson, NJ.

He served his country proudly as a World War II veteran.

Anthony is preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Mary La Bella, and his siblings, Anna D’Ascoli, and Paul, Frank, Lawrence, George, and Joseph, and most recently, his brother, James Michael La Bella.

He is survived by his dear sister-in-law, Judith La Bella; he is also further survived by several cherished nieces and nephews, many dear grandnephews and grandnieces, and countless other beloved family members.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at 11:15 a.m. with Military Honors. He will be laid to rest in the family burial plot at Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Road, North Arlington, NJ 07031.
