Obituary of Louise E. Boehm

Leisel "Louise" Boehm, age 93 passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at Brandywine at Middlebrook Crossing in Bridgewater. Born in Huchenfeld, Germany on March 20, 1921, she lived in Hillside, NJ for over 50 years before moving to Bridgewater in 2004. She belonged to Farcher's Grove German Club in Union for over 50 years and was an active member in the Ladies Auxiliary. Louise enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Fritz Boehm in 2004. She was the loving mother to her children; Frederick and his wife, Roseann of Branchburg, William and his wife, Judy of Martinsville, Robert of Howell and Ronald and his wife, Heidi of Warren; loving sister of Herman Fenchel of Waretown; dearest Oma to 12 grandchildren; Freddy (Tiffany), Chris (Shawn) Amanda (Joe) Rusinak, Robyn (Mike) Griffin, Billy (Allie), Matt and his finance, Becky, Bob, Mike, Tom (Ashley), Katie, Derek and Ericka Waldner; 7 great-grandchildren, Dylan, Sienna, Joey, Abbie, Emme, Charlotte and Aiden. Viewing will be held on Friday, September 19, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Higgins Home For Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at the Funeral Home. Cremation is private.
