Timmy - it's so hard to believe I haven't seen you in 20 years, especially when our childhoods were so intertwined. These past few days, I was reflecting on all of those years and it brought back so many fond memories from our days at Montessori, or nagging your mom to hurry up making the amazing cheesy mashed potatoes (who you affectionately called Mama Dukes), or hanging out every Friday night at SRB to BBQ dinner or spending every Chrismas Eve with the Moorhouses, Costins and DiBetittos well into our high school years guessing who would be Santa that year.
When we were little you were like an older brother to me - Ill never forget the time we drove you to Vermont to snowboard/ski and you annoyed me the entire way there in the back seat of the car (and my parents yelled at me), or when your Dad bought you the HUGE dirt bike and I was so nervous for you to ride it, but you were so proud to show it off. There were countless high school parties where you were always there lurking around the corner looking out for me with the typical Timmy smirk.
It's crazy how much time has passed, and I am sorry that we won't have the chance to see each other again in this lifetime. Thank you for the memories.
Mr. Donovan, Mrs. Donovan, Kathy, Andrew and Scarlet - words can't express how truly sorry and sad I am for you all. Much love to you all.

I’m so very sorry to the Donovan family for your loss. My name is Gilbert; I’m 25 and I was one of his co-workers here in New Braunfels right before he passed. Tim was a great friend to have because he was always making me laugh with his carefree attitude and self-deprecating humor, which was similar to mine. I always thought he was a sweet man and very thoughtful, even to those he wasn’t closely associated with. He was always there to listen to me with whatever problems I had or whatever I wanted to share with him and I loved hearing about George, the dog who brought him so much happiness, Hudson, the little kid who loved to be around, and his life and family back home, which he remembered fondly. We bonded strongly on our drives home, to say the least. Tim and I would jokingly, but constantly refer to each other as an estranged father and son that met finally and that was always the highlight of my night. I hope Tim can see that I miss him dearly, along with others here in New Braunfels, and that my condolences for the Donovan family are felt through this hard time. We love you, Tim!
