I met Pat as a Commissioner on the Historic Preservation Commission, now, a number of years ago. It was my pleasure to serve with Pat.
Her service was one of pride and purpose while acting upon the edicts under which we are sworn to uphold .
As a friend, I will always remember and appreciate her kindness and support of my efforts in photos and drawings on behalf of the Plainfield Library.
There will be a void at our meetings of the PHPC caused by her passing, as well as the many other causes she contributed to in various ways. We have lost a vocal and constant servant of the citizens of Plainfield who was always available and willing to serve.
"Happy Traveling Pat", I will miss you.

RIP...( Thank you for taking the time to talk to me and asking me how I was feeling.) New to the neighborhood, she welcomed me with kind words and a warm smile every time we saw each other. I will remember our long conversations relating to our feline friends all around us. Thank you for your sprint and thoughtfulness .

Pat was an outspoken advocate for Plainfield and for the many causes and community resources with which she was involved. She was a no-nonsense person with an ingrained sense of fairness, and her integrity was unimpeachable. We have lost a genuine citizen.

My condolences to Pat's family and friends.
My fondest memories of Pat will always be her love for all creatures especially her cats who would park themselves under my bird feeders on Fernwood Ave, her love of books and her always taking time to talk. She was one of a kind.

Pat was a long time friend who we knew mainly through the Eastern Ski Writers Association. Pat churned out some of the most professional ski stories written in recent years. We will miss her dearly.
