Obituary of Lily Baldoni

Lily (Testa) Baldoni, age 87, died on Sunday, October 26, 2014, at Haven Hospice at JFK Hospital in Edison. Born and raised in Bronx, NY, she was a resident of Bedminster from 1984-2008, most recently she lived in Watchung at Brandywine Assisted Living. Prior to retiring in 1984, Lily worked as a Supervisor of Billing at Misericordia Hospital in the Bronx. Lily enjoyed spending her winters at her condo in Stuart, Fl., for many years. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Stony Hill Church in Watchung and was a member of the Seniors Club in Bedminster, where she volunteered to help Senior's complete medical insurance forms. Lily's greatest joy in life was spending time with her family. Predeceased by her husband Pasquale Baldoni in 1983. Surviving are her sons Patrick and his wife Diane and Robert and his wife Christine; grandchildren Patrick and his wife Lauren, Michael and his wife Lauren, Stephen and his fianc' Megan and Robert, Jr.; great-grandchildren Gabriella, Patrick John, Lucas and Charlie. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ followed by a Mass of Resurrection at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Stony Hill Church, Watchung. Entombment will follow at Ferncliff Cemetery, Hartsdale, NY. Visitation will be held on Wednesday October 29th, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.
