Obituary of Ralph M. Annette, Jr.

North Plainfield: Ralph M. Annette, Jr., age 66 died on Friday, January 9, 2015 at Overlook Hospital in Summit. He was born in Brooklyn and was raised in Scotch Plains and had lived in North Plainfield for the past 40 years. Mr. Annette was a Radiological Technician for 40 years at Overlook Hospital. He enjoyed gardening, model trains and spending time with his family especially his grandsons. Mr. Annette was a Communicant of Corpus Christi Parish in Chatham. Surviving is his beloved wife of 41 years, Christine Reeber Annette; his son, Ralph M. Annette, III of Bridgewater; his daughters, Julia Nicolette and her husband, David, of Livingston and Kimberly Annette of Middlesex; his grandsons, Liam, Erik, David and Michael and his sister, Carol Kaler of Texas. Funeral services will begin on Tuesday, January 13th at 8:30 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung followed by a 10:00 a.m. funeral Mass at Corpus Christi Parish, 234 Southern Blvd., Chatham, NJ. Cremation will be at Somerset Hills Memorial park. Visitation will be on Monday from 6 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the New York Botanical Gardens, 2900 Southern Blvd., Bronx, NY 10045, Attn: Lisa Sifre.
