Obituary of John R. Cramer

John R. Cramer, age 70, died on November 5, 2012 at the Raritan Extended Health Center in Raritan. Born in Somerville Mr. Cramer grew up in Warren and had resided in New York City for 20 years before recently moving to Bound Brook 5 years ago. Mr. Cramer is a graduate of Rutgers University having earned a business degree. Mr. Cramer began his career as CFO in the family business at Bond Transportation. Later he moved to New York City and became the CFO of Faulk Communications. He was very active in the local community theater and enjoyed gardening, cooking and loved going to flea markets. He is survived by his daughter Michelle Rubbo of Bound Brook, a son Michael Cramer of Mississippi, a sister Wendy Cramer of Warren and a brother William Cramer and his wife Joann of Wyoming and a niece Suzanne Otstott and nephew Will Cramer. He is also survived by four grandchildren Nicholas, Zachary, Marisa and Averie. A visitation will be held on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Higgins Home for Funerals on 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ. A cremation service will be held privately.
