Obituary of Charles K. Wolf

Charles K. Wolf, Jr., 72, of Green Brook, died at home on Monday, March 23rd, after a long illness. He was a faithful, courageous man, who humbly accepted God's will for his life. Chuck was born on March 13, 1943 in Elizabeth, NJ grew up in Florham Park, NJ as a young teen and also lived in Elizabeth and Piscataway, before moving to Green Brook twenty years ago. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the 8th Army Honor Guard in Korea and earned an expert rifle distinction. Chuck worked mostly in the auto industry in sales and sales management, over his career. He served as an elder in the Presbyterian Church. His greatest wish was to leave testimony of the amazing grace of God and that he leaves this earthly life for Heaven, as a believer in the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Chuck is survived by his beloved wife of 34 years, Denise (Gwiazdowski) Wolf, of Green Brook, his father Charles K. Wolf, Sr. of Florham Park, NJ pre-deceased by his mother, Eleanor Relle Wolf, a sister, Nancy Schmidt and her husband Richard, of Bethlehem, PA, a son William, his wife Susan and their children, Justin and Chelsea, a son Timothy, his wife Christine and their children, Ashley and Michael. He leaves many other nieces, nephews and loved ones. The family will receive friends on Friday morning from at 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ. A Christian funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Liberty Corner Presbyterian Church, in Liberty Corner, NJ. Interment will follow at the Hanover Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider a donation to the Salvation Army.
