Obituary of Eileen A. Franko

Eileen A. Franko (Eick), age 89, died on Sunday, November 4, 2012, at her home in Middlesex. Born in New Brunswick, NJ she had resided in Bound Brook before moving to Middlesex in 1955. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church for 57 years. Mrs. Franko was an avid reader. She enjoyed sewing and had made Raggedy Ann Dolls. She is predeceased by her husband Edward Franko in 2002. She is survived by her three sons Edward J. Franko of Green Brook, Robert Franko of Piscataway and Richard L. Franko of Westfield; a daughter Linda Purzycki of Pittstown. She is also survived by seven grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 6th at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung NJ from 8-10 a.m. followed by an 11:00 a.m. Mass at Our Lady of the Mount Virgin RC Church in Middlesex. The interment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Bridgewater.
