Obituary of Paul Francis Brogan
Basking Ridge: Paul Francis Brogan, 77, died Thursday, July 10, 2003 at his home.
Born in Flushing, NY, he resided in Orange, NJ for 10 years before moving to Basking Ridge in 1972.
Prior to retiring 15 years ago, Mr. Brogan was employed as a vault supervisor for Brinks Armored Car in Newark.
He served in the US Navy.
A member of St. James R.C. Church in Basking Ridge, Mr. Brogan was a family man who enjoyed fishing, classic cars and traveling.
Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Anna Marie Percio Brogan, four sons Michael and his wife Erin of Califon, Paul and his wife Ana of Pittstown, Ed and his wife Bea of Phillipsburg and Robert Brogan of Clinton, a daughter Patty England and her husband Bill of Warren Twp. NY, 9 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2003 at 10:15 am from the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, followed by a 11:00 am funeral Mass at St. James R.C. Church on South Finley Avenue in Basking Ridge and interment at Holy Cross Cemetery in Basking Ridge. Visitation Monday from 5:00 8:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to the Association for Hunterdon Developmental Center, County Road 513, Clinton, NJ, would be appreciated.
